    The Stemmerkogel is one of the "Seven Summits" that can be hiked around Saalbach Hinterglemm. You have a magnificent view of the Großglockner and Großvenediger and the main Alpine ridge.

                    After the Stemmerkogel we also "conquered" the Saalbachkogel. It is worth taking the hiking trails instead of the main roads. Glorious.

                      Popular destination, as it can be reached after a short climb from the cable car on the west summit. On a sunny weekday in August, a continuous line of hikers going in and out of the summit. Use the early morning hours if you are looking for some rest.
