Open daily from Tuesday to Sunday (even in winter). Located at 1,500 meters, the rustic inn offers one of the best views in the entire Montafon. The Kaiserschmarrn is highly recommended!

The name comes from the view in the Rellstal and the corner location of the hut = Rellseck.
The foundation walls date from around the 17th century. As early as the 1950s, thirsty hikers on the road were occasionally given milk and beer from the people who lived here during the summer. Until 1963 the hut served as "Maisäß", a so-called "summer residence" for the cattle. At that time, Hubert Mathies took over the estate from his father Josef Mathies and converted the Maisäß into an inn.
In 1965 Hubert Mathies opened the "Gasthaus Rellseck" with his wife Inge. The Mathies family ran the inn until 1987 and the Stockhammer family, have rented the inn since 1987 and built it into what it is today,
