One of the few natural valleys in the Alps. Beautiful - especially if you leave in Zernez only in the afternoon you have the stove almost to yourself. Wonderful departure to the remote Val Müstair.

Relatively quiet, indeed beautiful valley, with wide, open meadows and light mountain forest. Of course, you can find particular peace in the early morning when there is still light morning mist over the meadows and the dew glistens on the stalks - almost like a fairy tale.
