The driveway to the actually highest natural elevation in Berlin is a bit hidden in a residential area in Müggelheim, even the approach is actually a small climb - so you arrive perfectly warmed up. The ascent itself is quite long at just under a kilometer, and since you can only climb the already known 44 meters in altitude, this ascent is rather flat. Nevertheless, there is a short, steep section that conjures up double-digit percentages on the bike computer.
The big advantage: This very narrow path, which is well paved throughout, is completely car-free and during the week you rarely meet pedestrians or other cyclists. Incidentally, if you include the approach from the junction from Müggelheimer Damm, you come to a total of 67 meters in altitude over two kilometers with an average gradient of 3.2%.
