The inn is in close proximity to the cathedral.
It gets its name from a stone bowl in front of the imperial cathedral, called Domnapf.
According to tradition, this is filled with wine "for the entire people" after each new election of a bishop. The bowl holds 1580 liters.

Great food. Recommendation: sausage salad with french fries! A cold beer with it and it's easier to set off again ;-) The best thing is to head west above the castle, then you come straight through a beautiful gate onto wonderful bike paths between asparagus fields!
