During the restoration of the pagan shrine, wooden pillars carved by folk artists were erected in the Samogitian alley, each of them corresponding to the names of the gods and goddesses of Baltic mythology: Perkūnas, Aušrinė, Žemyna, Austėja, Ondenis, Patrimpas, Patulas, Devil, Leda, Saulė and Mėn.
As the sun sets over the sea, one can calculate the calendar holidays from pagan times by looking at the arrangement of the shadows cast by the pillars. Now pagan holidays are celebrated here.
