    The historic center of Sintra are a few streets, narrow and full of bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, and especially tourists. It is next to the National Palace, 10 minutes from Quinta da Regaleira on foot, and they have a tourist information booth.

                            The old center consists of a few small streets. The many restaurants are aimed at tourists and are too expensive. Sights: Palacio Nacional de Sintra. There is almost no parking near the historic center; you can get to Sintra by car. Parking is easy at the train station: Parque de Estacionamento. Parking is free and there is always space.
