All the ways here are long, but the effort is definitely worth it. This extraordinary section of the path with its special atmosphere impresses with both the rustic trees along the side of the path and the views of Lake Diebelsee with its marshy swamp zone in front of it.
We are here in the beech forest, interspersed with pine and spruce trees. Above the swampy depression, which stretches for several km at the back, we come across a thuja forest - another natural jewel. So two real highlights, apart from the very quiet forest environment, which makes a tour in this area an absolutely meditative experience.
