The Penijõe birdwatching tower offers a wonderful view over the vast meadows and wetlands of Matsalu National Park. As you climb the wooden tower, you can feel the sounds of nature becoming more intense - the chirping of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves accompany you all the way to the top.
