The company Zamek Frischdienst GmbH has been at the fish market in Kiel since 1987. Premium salads are made by hand here. In the in-house factory, the employees make the premium salads from fresh and selected ingredients. Every production step is lovingly done by hand - even cutting vegetables and stirring the salads.
The inexpensive factory outlet is recommended.

The Kiel fish market comprises 19 managed buildings. The Zamek company is just one of them.

The fish market is an industrial area in the Wellingdorf district. The site was originally a shipyard that built and maintained torpedoes during the Second World War. After the war, the fish market was the fourth largest fish port and the largest freshwater fish trading center in Germany until the 1970s. Today, it is mainly home to marine and maritime companies, but also fish processing companies and smaller companies from other sectors.
