Individual monument of the church and churchyard Sohland as a whole; of local historical importance. Hall church, simple rendered building with round-arched windows and a high hipped roof, straight chancel with a small porch, various sandstone tombs inside.
Hall church standing on a hill within a walled churchyard, built in 1824 according to plans by Karl Christian Eschke. 1846 Construction of the west tower according to plans by master carpenter Zwiefel. Restorations 1960 (exterior), 1972 (interior), 1974 (exterior, roof changes), 1996 (exterior, tower). Simple rendered building with round-arched windows and a high hipped roof, the straight chancel end with a small porch, four-storey stairwells with a simple portal on the north and south sides. Recessed square stone tower with dome and lantern. Generous interior, the flat plaster ceiling with grisaille painting imitating a profiled stucco ceiling. Three-storey wooden galleries on three sides with a simple frame, in the sanctuary on the north and south side boxes.
Furnishings: Austere, colored pulpit altar with fluted pilasters and cranked decorative cornice, early 19th century. Delicate, unframed wooden baptismal font with plant ornament, 2nd half of the 19th century. Owl organ with a plain prospect from 1899. Sandstone tomb of Georg Gerschner († 1692), male figure in regalia behind a balustrade with a gathered cloth, with inscription. Monument to Kaspar Brestovin († 1728), behind a decorative cartouche with an inscription a clergyman in regalia, above a curved inscription in the corners of the cross and chalice. Tomb of Renatus Friedrich Longolius († 1698), in a niche-like deepening full-length depiction of a clergyman in regalia with chalice and bible. In the Böhm'sche Gruft cemetery, built in 1843 in the classical style, restored in 1957 (since a memorial for war victims of World War II)
