    The Hoher Fläming Nature Park Center is located in an old outbuilding of Rabenstein Castle. Since schnapps was distilled here until the 18th century, it is also called the old distillery. Today you can find out about all aspects of the nature park in the exhibition and buy regional products in the vaulted cellar.             In the old distillery in Raben you will find the beautifully designed nature park center Hoher Fläming. The house is a feast for the eyes and the service is great. The employees are super helpful and friendly. Free maps of hikes, bike tours and the area are available and there are delicious regional specialties, various hiking maps that can be purchased, an exhibition and a toilet. The nature park also organizes guided hikes with a guide and various events.

                  The Hoher Fläming Nature Park Centre not only has a lot of information and maps, but also regional products such as fruit spreads/jams, spirits, soaps from a soap factory and so on.
                  But what was really remarkable was the offer of seeds from endangered varieties of crops and ornamental plants. And also a selection of seeds from at least 100 different types of tomatoes. You won't find anything like that in any garden centre.
