The Roman Catholic, listed branch church of the Nativity of Mary is in Ipthausen, a district of the town of Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld in the Rhön-Grabfeld district (Lower Franconia, Bavaria). The building is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments under the monument number D-6-73-141-132. The church belongs to the parish of Maria Himmelfahrt in the parish community of Grabfeldbrücke (Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld) in the deanery of Bad Neustadt of the diocese of Würzburg.
