The Biwaldalp is located in the beautiful canton of Uri. More precisely in the Isenthal, a side valley of the Urnerland. During the summer months, the alp is farmed and the cow's milk is processed into fine alp cheese.
The alp is on the way to the Urirotstock and is an ideal starting point or destination for hikes in the region.
In the inn you can enjoy a delicious mid-morning snack with a view of the mountains. It is also possible to spend the night on the alp.
