The Bullengraben begins here in the village center of Staaken. The ditch in the Berlin Urstromtal has been used to regulate water in the damp lowlands since the 7th century. (Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullengraben)
The small park that was created here is ideal for walking and cycling.

This is the westernmost part of the Bullengraben green belt. There is a new large playground in the far west. In the middle is a bridge, at the northeast end are the "Hanging Gardens of Staaken" and at the southeast end is a small staircase. That's it for this section.

The bridge in the middle, the staircase with viewing platform and the ramp to the next section are all constructed with the same materials and thus form their own ensemble.

While most of the bridges and footbridges in the Bullengraben green belt have wooden surfaces, this ensemble is covered with gratings.
