Another point in our city tour was the approximately 1 hectare square town square with the Samson fountain. A historic square with a stone carved with a small cross - this is where executions were carried out in the Middle Ages. Budweis is definitely worth a trip.

The city of Budweis is very beautiful. The central square is surrounded by beautiful old buildings with magnificent stucco facades. There are numerous cafes and restaurants. You can also find gastronomy of all kinds in the alleys and streets surrounding the square. The city exudes a typically bohemian charm.
