The Hoibruck near Ursensollen (railway 14.100 km) is the most important building of the former railway line from Amberg to Lauterhofen. At a length of 82.40 m, it spans 18 meters high across the valley. The construction has five arches and four pillars. The comfortable Schweppermann Cycle Path leads across it, turning into a cross-country ski trail in the winter with enough snow. Tip: If you cycle on the bike path from Ursensollen to Kastl (or vice versa), you should take the time to turn briefly into the valley to see the imposing bridge construction from below. Worth it.

The "Hoibruck" is a building that is absolutely worth seeing and steeped in history. In 1945, an air raid on a passenger train took place near here. A small path leads from the Schweppermann bike path down into the valley. You should definitely see the bridge from below.

The "Hoibruck", named after the adjacent Haide forest, was built in 1902/1903 by guest workers from Italy and Croatia over the Allmannsfeld valley.
