You can wonderfully roll the mountain to the economy in Schäftlarn. The brakes should be good, though! The mountain is often used as a training session. If you drive the mountain down for the first time, you should be aware of it beforehand: You have to drive it up again ;-)

Also in the opposite direction - practically downhill towards Schäftlarn - a pleasure. But please do not overestimate yourself but stay true to the game. Otherwise, it can be eye-catching, as the cyclists coming up often also ride side by side.

Nice downhill ride towards the monastery on the other side of the river. Some might say that the Klosterstrasse northern to the suggested route would be the better choice but after riding both routes I think this is the winner. You can ride it from top to bottom without turning onto another street, so you don't have to yield at the intersection. Just go full speed until you reach the river!
