If you want to eat well by the lake, I can recommend the SeeTerassen on the north shore with a clear conscience.

Simply drive or walk from the Moses hut along the lake. There is the best pizza and delicious German food, tasty and large portions for not too expensive. The address: Regelweg 2, 32816 Schieder-Schwalenberg - my regular coke.

The Schiedersee or Emmerstausee is a reservoir on the Emmer. It is located near the town of Schieder-Schwalenberg in the Weser Uplands in the Lippe district. The lake was created in the late 1970s and was structurally completed as a local recreation area in the early 1980s.
