When it is sunny and the wind is against you, the warmth of the sun ensures that it remains pleasant. The road is good and so is spending the night at a wildlife spot. Campers regularly pass by and eventually line up at the Barends Sea. We chose to cycle back to the first tough climb and find a sheltered spot for our tent there.

The trip to Grense Jakobselv was worth the bumps. Just plan more time for the 30km road. Walking speed was mostly still too fast.
