Today we would have wished for more footbridges, because it was seeeeehhhhhhr muddy between the footbridges. Hiking through these typical broken forests is just great and thanks to the footbridges you are right in the middle of it.

The old Maas arm "Het Schuitwater" is worth exploring! The landscape is a mix of wet and dry and therefore very varied. It is a wonderful hiking area that should not be missed!

Fantastically designed viewing platform with rustic seating - the uninterrupted view of the Schuitwater Lake is phenomenal, especially since there are only small views of the water from the path. This makes the vastness all the more surprising.
