A great destination for the whole family. You can either drive with your own car through the various enclosures or with park buses. Incidentally, it is no longer the case that the monkeys jump on the car and bend windscreen wipers and antenna. Nevertheless, it can happen that many curious or food demanding residents head through the side window when it is open.

The Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen is truly worth a visit. We've been there several times now, almost always with our grandchildren. It's a real experience for the children to see the animals roaming around.

You can also drive through in your own car. As long as you follow the rules, it's no problem. We've always done that. You can also get out at designated areas and interact with the animals.

The rides aren't easy, but since there's more to it than that, it's definitely worth it with children.

A tip: We've already slept in the safari lodge. It's a special experience, as parts of the park are accessible before and after admission closes. You can make some very interesting observations there.
