if you come from the south, after several STF Stugas, you will now find the first serviced station. It consists of several buildings, the largest of which houses the reception, the café and the hospitality area. There is a sauna and drying room, and several huts have their own kitchens for self-catering. From the station you have - provided you have a good view - a great view of the Helags Glacier, which is also a reason to book more than one overnight stay here. Many hikers come here specifically to climb the Helags Glacier. This can be done in a few hours. That's why the station is often fully booked. Advance booking is therefore advisable. This also applies to the other stations to the north.
