Nice destination for anyone looking for a summit cross (Almkreuz) without a lot of hustle and bustle. The Alm originally belonged to the Tegernsee monastery and was first mentioned in documents in 1529. The last of the five old Alm buildings was demolished in 2018. The new building that was planned has not yet taken place. The Alm was not in use anyway. Various paths lead up from Bad Wiessee and Finsterwald, some of them are decent climbs with lots of roots. In terms of views, the nearby Hirschberg dominates. Continue to the Nesselscheibe.

My planned tour should start on the slightly raised parking lot at the southern end of the Rohbogen street, which is a bit shorter than the parking lot at the Breitenbach below; although the upper parking lot is no longer accessible by car, but you have to park at the end of the Rohbogenweg (unfortunately only a few spaces).
