The winery A. von Elzenbaum operates as the oldest self-built winery cultivation and care of Traminer wines. Numerous awards at competitions date back to the year 1886: under the Austro-Hungarian monarchy! Nature-related care of their own vineyards and the old traditional processing of these grapes guarantee high-quality natural wines. Of course, the recommendation is the Gewürztraminer, whose counterpart is the South Tyrolean rose Muskateller, Lagrein, Blauburgunder and the Tyrolean Kalterer See Auslese.

A wine tasting with a visit to the old underground vaulted cellar is possible by appointment. Opening hours wine sales: April to November, Monday to Friday from 10 to 12 o'clock and from 15 to 18.30 o'clock. Saturday from 9 to 12 o'clock.

The winery v. Elzenbaum is one of the few wineries where you as a visitor feel that it's not just about selling wines. Here, the cultivation of wine is explained with a passion by the chef himself, as you can nowhere else experienced. You must have seen the historic cellar vaults and above all the more than 100 years old wooden barrels. And last but not least: the wine is delicious!
