The natural bathing lake Ostheim invites parents and children to a variety of summer adventures. The bathing lake is characterized by its excellent water quality. The swimming lake, which is very popular with families, is two hectares in size. You can bathe in it, complete your first swimming exercises and also train for competitions.

The bathing lake is an overflow of the Goldbergsee of the nearby nature reserve. Due to underground springs, the Goldbergsee is constantly supplied with fresh water, which it passes on to the bathing lake.

Outside the crystal clear water, the natural bathing lake Ostheim attracts with its beautiful surroundings. Meadows tempt you to relax and the trees and bushes offer the necessary shade, especially on hot days. Many visitors like to go for a walk here in spring, autumn and winter.

Tip: The nature reserve "Goldsbergsee" is also very popular with amateur photographers because of its fauna and flora.
