The geological organs near Oberschroffen in the municipality of Unterneukirchen are among the most impressive geological treasures in Bavaria. They were created by intensive solution weathering during an interglacial - a warm period between two cold periods. The consequences of climatic fluctuations in recent geological history are documented here in an impressive manner.
