    I've always loved coming back to the Jägerwiese since I was a child. It is a beautiful destination and invites you to a picnic in the countryside. A lot has of course changed over the years, but it is still liberating when you come out of the forest and into the large clearing.

                        When the weather is nice, all hell breaks loose here. This is where everything comes together. Bikers, hikers, runners, dogs, families, children... the new buffet cushions unnecessary waiting times in the inn for a simple drink because it is self-service.

                                  On the Jägerwiese on the Hermannskogel in the Vienna Woods, children and parents will find a playground - and plenty of space to play. The equipment of the playground on the Jägerwiese is modest: a swing, a seesaw, a climbing frame, a tree trunk for balancing.

                                  Children and parents still don't miss anything, as there is plenty of space on the large Jägerwiese to play ball and run after them. Children go looking for sticks in the nearby forest and build tents and fences with branches and twigs. On a part of the large meadow at the top of the forest, the grass is often high and children, parents and insects sniff the meadow flowers.
