From the Todtnauer Hütte to the Hebelhof there is a very beautiful, level panoramic path with a view of the Wiesental and, on a very clear day, to the Swiss Alps. Todtnauer Hütte is closed on Mondays.

The Todtnauer Hütte below Feldberg is at the end (or beginning) of the panorama trail and on the way to Stübenwasen. The hut can be reached by car and the kitchen is fine. todtnauer-huette.de

The Todtnauer Hütte is the southernmost of the managed huts around the Feldberg summit and can be easily integrated into hiking tours - even from hut to hut.

At the moment there is only outdoor catering at the Todtnauer Hütte or under the glazed veranda. On nice weekends there can be waiting times until you are assigned a place.

During my Westweg hike I spent one night in the Todtnauer Hut in a very nice room. From the restaurant terrace you have a wonderful view of the Black Forest and the Alps. The service is super friendly and the food is delicious. There is also a good selection for vegetarians.
