The path begins in Nese (fraction of Alzano Lombardo) in via G. Marconi, with the characteristic stairway known as the "Hundred Steps" (scarce parking facilities nearby). At the end it continues on a paved carriage road, first between villas and small hamlets, then under a dense deciduous forest. Once in the town of Lonno (Nembro), cross path 532 and path 535 (to shorten the path and avoid a climb on the paved road, you can park your car in the small square of the pretty hamlet). After crossing the town (signs with signs placed on the square and at the main crossroads) the route winds along a beautiful path along the hillside, on the west side of Monte Podona, among the coppiced and uncultivated woods up to the town of Salmezza, probable home of the painter 16th century Enea Salmezza known as "il Talpino".
