From the Var valley, there are numerous ascent to the range of hills around the beautiful village of Aspremont. Since these hills near Nice are densely populated, they are covered by a narrow network of streets. Nevertheless, one can drive here very relaxed and without heavy traffic road bike.

One of the most beautiful and quietest variants leads across the Chemin du Linguador. At the same time it is one of the most demanding, because there are always steep ramps with gradients up to 15%.
