The Breisach St. Stephen's Cathedral is a Romanesque-Gothic church and landmark of the city of Breisach. A very special gem. In addition to the artistically designed late Gothic stonemasonry, the cathedral also contains one of the most beautiful carved altars in Germany. The high altar was created between 1523 and 1526 by the master H. L. (Hans Loi).

Inside you will find important works of art such as "The Last Judgment" by Martin Schongauer and the sandstone rood screen as well as the high altar by Master H.L.
