The buildings were accessible from a small courtyard, which was protected by a kennel to the south. Access was via a bridge that led over the neck trench into the courtyard. The castle, which was later built in the castle, today only consists of the four outer walls, which have been preserved up to the roof gable. Even the stair tower are still existing and some have stairs. In the castle, in addition to the numerous windows, the foundations of the lowest floor can still be seen. Allegedly there still exist cellar vaults, as well as their entrances.
