Tucked away in the woods of the Vaalserberg you will find the Lourdes Grotto, built in 1934. At an altitude of about 290 m is probably the highest sanctuary in the Netherlands. When I visited them in December, the statues were packed nicely for the winter ... Photos without "winter coats" follow on occasion!
