Wahn Castle is leased by the owners to the University of Cologne, which uses these rooms. In addition, the castle with its historic rooms is a branch of the registry office in Cologne and weddings take place there. Unfortunately, the rooms are otherwise not open to the public.

The castle can only be viewed from the outside. At the entrance to the property there is a sign indicating that it is private property and not open to the public. However, the views you can catch from the gate of the castle and the castle garden are very beautiful.
