    On May 27, 1722, the cornerstone of Bruchsal Palace was laid. The baroque residence complex is known for its staircase. It was designed by a "star architect" of the time, Balthasar Neumann. With more than 50 individual buildings, the palace complex looks like a city of its own. During the Second World War the plant was almost completely destroyed. Reconstruction followed in several stages. Well done!👍
