Beautiful trail under the southern walls of the Dobratsch. Wonderful views of the Gailtaler and Julian Alps all the way to the Triglav, the Mangart and the Karawanken. In the south to Tarvisio.
Unproblematic to go, but a certain surefootedness you should already bring. There are also some exposed spots. Not suitable for small children.

The Jägersteig to the summit of the Dobratsch (2166 meters) offers impressive views.
The wall trails on the Dobratsch are very well marked and signposted. The Jägersteig is a very narrow and steep path that starts at the "Gamsblick" viewing platform. You need absolute surefootedness in the difficult and steep terrain.
