    The wine and festival city offers theater festivals, events, wine, good food and adventure. The vineyard at the Toad Fountain has made the town of Oppenheim world-famous.
    The Oppenheim Toad Fountain is an old water system that originally served to supply the city of Oppenheim with water. It is a tunnel that leads about 30 m into the mountain, then splits into 2 passages to the right and left. This collected the water from the mountain and channeled it into the city via a pipe system. It has been decommissioned for many years.
