In 2013-2014, the Agency for Nature and Forests created a recreational landscape park. The hole that was created after the demolition of the swimming pool has been converted into an amphitheater. Children can also enjoy the play hill, with play elements at the top and tunnels and slides at the bottom. The old woodland house was renovated into a semi-open and freely accessible shelter. In addition, a play pit has been dug and numerous play elements have been built on the site and in the play forest.

The playground on the Speelberg van de Kosmos is a great place for children to play and romp. This play area of more than 7 hectares is located near the Hellegatbos on the Rodeberg.
