산악자전거 라이딩
Very beautiful single track trail but also challenging to do. Downhill are recommended because the climb in some sections is not pedalable. It certainly makes an impression to know that those stones (basoli) that are under the wheels have been placed there for over 1000 years. As I walked through them I couldn't help but think of soldiers, legionaries or merchants who had passed before me in Roman times

At the top right, you can see a bicycle wheel, a sign that the path is also frequented by cyclists, probably mountain bike or gravel enthusiasts. The atmosphere is wild and historically fascinating, perfect for an adventurous excursion.
