The Sperenberger Gipsbrüche are definitely worth a visit. The viewpoints overlooking the water and especially the third civil engineering with its great water quality have really inspired us. We were there after a heavy downpour, which made the way up and down much harder including landslide.
For strollers, the walk around the gypsum breaks rather not suitable. Even for toddlers rather difficult, then would have to be worn.

The gypsum breaks at Sperenberg can be roamed well on foot, as well as partially from the edge of the field above view. Because of the flora, which is particularly rare here, this area is an area worth protecting at EU level. Every gypsum hole has its own charm and a long history. This is explained on a geo-educational trail on various boards.
