At the beginning of June, the earliest plants of medicinal lavender begin to flower. End of June - beginning of July maximum flowering of the officinal lavender. Around mid-July maximum flowering of the hybrid lavender.
The lavender field is located in a small valley which is inside a protected area of extraordinary value (SCI area and ZPS Monte Radicchio-Rupe di Calvenzano). Spring blooms begin in late February - early March with Corniolo (golden yellow flowers ancient, a single colour) and continue until the beginning of summer, creating scenarios of enchanting beauty and inebriating scents.
Then after the summer comes autumn with its poignant colours, from the red of the ash trees to the coppery color of the downy oak.
