"The historic town hall was the administrative seat of the Palatinate sub-office until 1800, and from 1973 it served as the administrative building for the municipality of Freinsheim.
Striking is the column-supported staircase that leads to the beautiful baroque hall. Today the former town hall houses the local tourist information and on the upper floor the pretty council hall, the living room of the city. Here, performing artists shake hands and many a couple also say yes."
