      A worthwhile destination with a very beautiful view over the Inn Valley without having to "go very high". The path of the apostles is very nicely designed, the boards, less the path itself.
      The restaurant upstairs is open most of the year (except for a few days in November), as is the church.

                One of the most beautiful places of pilgrimage

                The Petersberg is named after St. Peter and is 847 meters high. The Romanesque St. Peter's Church belongs to the parish of Flintsbach. This and the inn built next to it were part of a Benedictine monastery in the Middle Ages.

                The Peterskirche is the oldest church in the Inn Valley and has a favorable location at the beginning of the Alpine chain. The Bavarians are said to have built a religious place of worship in honor of the god Donar 4,000 years ago. In the Middle Ages it was transformed into a Christian mountain monastery.

                        The Petersbergkircherl can be reached relatively quickly and easily and is definitely worth a visit.
