In the pedestrian area, a small statue of a devil reminds one of an old legend, according to which the devil threw a rock, the so-called devil's stone, on the church tower, which was diverted by God and only grazed the tower, which is why it is now slightly crooked. This Teufelsstein or Düvelstein, which is the largest boulder in Schleswig-Holstein, can be found outside Gettorf in the municipality of Lindau on the road between Revensdorf and Großkönigsförde.
