산악자전거 라이딩
According to a legend from the 16th century, a mermaid was taken captive by fishermen. In revenge, she destroyed the dyke and the village during the church service with a storm surge. Since 1992, the attractive bronze sculpture has stood on a base with its back to the sea and a proud view of the church in the town of Minsen. The sculpture is a very popular photo motif in Wangerland and also adorns the coat of arms of Wangerland.
