This is always a good place to take a photo with a really beautiful background. A great place to create close your eyes, listen to the hypnotic sound and relaxing sound of the waves crashing down the falls. Avoid this place after 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday, there are just too many people there.
The best place to take a picture of the falls is near the café Mühlenrand be aware that when leaving the Mühlenrand café towards the village of Neuhausen is a very steep and poisonous climb of 19%.
This is also a great spot to ride from the lowest point 380 Meters of the Canton of Schaffhausen to the highest point Randen (896). The lower part of the climb is asphalted und near the altitude of 717 Meters, the road crosses over into a very hard packed gravel but is also road bike friendly.

At weekends and on public holidays you have to push your bike as it is completely overcrowded and in some cases driving is prohibited. But it is still worth it, the view is simply overwhelming. The weather doesn't matter.
