Very nice and well planned park with a spacious lake in the center.

West Side Lido (6 Eur)

East side of smaller beach (free).

The park has many beautiful (forest) paths and some covered seating.

1920 - 1926 was designed on 112 ha Jungfernheidepark after plans by the Charlottenburg garden director Erwin Barth as an axially landscaped park (1800 m long, 800 m wide).

On 27.5. The large pond receives on the Nonnengrabenkanal constantly fresh inflow from the Spandau shipping canal and gives its water to the deeper located Spree. The basin was artificially created, the western part serves as an outdoor pool, in the eastern part of the bathing is prohibited.
