The biodiversity in leaf coloration and leaf shape amazed me a lot. The park is beautifully landscaped and offers plenty of seating to linger. We will definitely stop by again.

The Ahornpark in Ilfeld is a tourist flagship. There are around 270 maple trees here that were planted in recent years and were financed through tree sponsorships. You can see this on the signs on each tree, even the year is there.
Very nice idea 👌
The park is beautifully laid out, there is also a small playground for the children, a very nice shelter with a box for hiking stones. We immediately put our stone in there 😊 You can also find seating and an insect hotel here. A visit is worth it at any time of the year and is for the whole family 👍
