Very nice little restaurant that we loved almost 20 years ago - they still serve delicious food at a fair price in a great setting!

There are various hiking and walking trails in the area. You can see lots of Galloways and horses, among other things, and deer are also bred here.

It makes sense to stay on the road if you want to run to Inverbain. There is a wooden bridge below the Hartfield Cave to cross the Applecross River, then an uphill path that ends in nothing.
